Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Stackd (the "Service"), operated by Ben's Corner Books LLC ("Stackd," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Stackd is a software tool that helps Amazon FBA resellers of books and media scan inventory, price and list items on Amazon, and build FBA shipments, by connecting to your own Amazon Seller Central account via Amazon's Selling Partner API.

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid, active Amazon Seller Central account in good standing to use Stackd.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

When you connect your Amazon Seller account to Stackd, you authorize us to access your Amazon catalog, pricing, and listings data, and to take actions on your behalf — such as creating listings or shipments — at your direction. You remain solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of any listing, price, or condition you submit through the Service
• Compliance with Amazon's own seller policies, terms, and applicable law
• Any consequences arising from listings or shipments created through the Service

Stackd is a tool to help you work faster — it does not review or guarantee the accuracy of Amazon's data, and we are not responsible for actions taken by Amazon on your seller account, including suspensions, listing removals, or fee changes.

Some features of Stackd may require a paid subscription. Where applicable, billing will be processed through Stripe, and separate billing terms — including pricing, renewal, and cancellation policies — will be presented at the time you subscribe.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to list items you are not authorized to sell
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems
• Use the Service to violate Amazon's terms of service or seller policies
• Misuse or abuse the Service's API integrations (Amazon, Keepa, or Anthropic) in a way that could disrupt the Service for other users

Stackd and its software, design, and branding are owned by Ben's Corner Books LLC. You retain all rights to the inventory, listing, and business data you submit through the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service or to any third-party API (including Amazon's SP-API, Keepa, or Anthropic), or the accuracy of pricing, sales rank, or other data pulled from those sources.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ben's Corner Books LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business arising from your use of the Service, including any actions taken by Amazon on your seller account.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
