Billing and subscriptions

Subscribed on the web (Stripe). Sign in → Settings → Account → Manage web billing. Stripe's portal lets you update your card, view invoices, and cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Subscribed in the iOS app (Apple). Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Stackd, or tap Manage Apple subscription in the app under Settings → Account. Apple handles changes, cancellations, and refund requests (reportaproblem.apple.com). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Billed twice? If you subscribed on both the web and the App Store, cancel one of them using the steps above. Stackd needs only one subscription per account.

Founding Guarantee. Within 14 days after your first payment, email us once and we'll cover your first two months. Details in the Terms of Service.

Delete your account

You can delete your account yourself — no email needed:

  • Web: Sign in → Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm twice.
  • iOS app: Settings tab → Account → Delete account, then confirm twice.

Deletion is immediate and removes your inventory, scans, listings, shipments, settings, Amazon credentials, profile photo, and subscription records from Stackd, and cancels Stripe billing. If you subscribed through Apple, cancel that subscription with Apple too — the app reminds you during deletion. If you can't sign in, email us from your account address and we'll verify and delete it for you.

Amazon connection

To disconnect Stackd from your Amazon Seller account: Settings → Account → Disconnect. Stackd deletes the stored authorization immediately. You can also revoke Stackd in Seller Central under Apps & Services → Manage your apps. Reconnect any time from the same screen.

Scanning help

  • Camera permission. The iOS app needs camera access to scan. If you declined it, enable it in iPhone Settings → Stackd → Camera. Barcode and ISBN reading happen on your device.
  • Cover mode. Identifies a book from its cover when there's no readable barcode. The photo is sent to our AI provider for identification and is not saved to your Stackd account. Barcode and ISBN modes never send photos.
  • USB or Bluetooth scanners (web). Any scanner that types digits followed by Enter works in the dashboard's ISBN field.
  • Wrong book or price? Amazon and price-history data can lag. Always check the title, edition, and price before you list — you can edit any row before submitting.
  • Restricted or gated items. Stackd shows an amber badge when Amazon reports a restriction. Approval is handled in Seller Central, not in Stackd.
